Ezy-OTB turns your live Shopify sales data into open-to-buy budgets, demand forecasts, and purchase orders — so buying decisions come from your numbers, not a spreadsheet that's already out of date.
14-day free trial on every plan. No credit card wrestling required.
* Forecasts are built on real sales data, not guesswork — think "more reliable than your weather app," not infallible.
Shopify is retiring Stocky on August 31, 2026 — forecasting, purchase orders and stocktakes included. Ezy-OTB covers everything it did, and goes further.
Open-to-buy budgeting by category or department, checked against what you've actually spent and sold — the kind of planning discipline that used to need enterprise software and a spreadsheet team.
70% budget · 25% sell-through · 5% gut feelFour stages, one workspace — each one feeding straight into the next instead of living in its own spreadsheet.
Set open-to-buy budgets by category, synced to real sales as they happen.
Forecast demand and raise purchase orders — manually, from CSV, or straight from a supplier PDF or photo.
Track partial receiving and landed cost as stock lands, updated straight into Shopify.
Reconcile with stock takes and transfers, so the numbers you planned against stay true.
Products, inventory, and orders stay in step automatically — no manual exports.
See stock across every location, and move it between them with a full audit trail.
Sales, inventory, and planning KPIs in one view for owners and merchandising leads.
Lead times, contacts, and vendor-specific reorder logic, kept in one place.
Generate and print variant-level labels straight from a received purchase order.
Email alerts before you're caught out, with thresholds you set per product.
How planners connect Shopify inventory and order context to open-to-buy decisions.
How structured stock take and reconciliation workflows improve inventory accuracy.
How forecasting, OTB, purchase orders, and stock take fit into one planning flow.
One location, two, or three and up — that's the main choice. Everything else stacks on top.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) — that's what Shopify charges, whatever currency your store sells in.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with all Scale features unlocked, however many locations you have. When the trial ends you move to the plan you picked, and it covers that plan's number of locations — you choose which ones, and the rest stop showing data until you upgrade. We'll tell you before that happens.
* We're good, not psychic — always worth a quick glance before you send it.
+USD $50/mo for each location beyond 3 — grow into it, don't pay for it upfront.
Stocky covered forecasting, purchase orders, and stocktakes - Ezy-OTB does all of that, plus category-level open-to-buy budgeting and landed cost tracking, which Stocky never offered. Migration is designed to be a straight swap, not a relearn.
No. Growth and Growth Plus are built for a single store, single location, with full forecasting and purchase order tooling included. Scale is for when you add locations or multiple stores under one company.
You move to the plan you picked at signup. Scale starts at $399/month for the first 90 days, then $599/month ongoing, which covers up to 3 locations - additional locations are $100/month each. Growth and Growth Plus are flat monthly prices from day one, no location surcharge.
Yes - upgrade whenever you add a location or need deeper purchase order tooling. Your data and setup carry over, nothing needs to be rebuilt.
Every forecast is built from real sales data and continually tuned, but no forecast is perfect 100% of the time. We aim to give planners a more reliable starting point than a spreadsheet or gut feel, not an infallible prediction.
Ezy-OTB reads supplier PDFs and photos so you do not have to retype them - snap a picture of a paper order sheet or drop in a PDF, either works. Supplier formats, lighting, and handwriting vary, so we cannot promise every import lands correct every time. A quick review before sending a purchase order on is always worthwhile.
